Public Meeting on TheBus routes 11 and 15

A public meeting will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2004, at 6:30 pm, at the Greenbelt Middle School, located at 8950 Edmonston Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20770. The hearing will be held to receive comments on proposed reduction of service to TheBus routes 11 and 15. For the past five months, there has been a reduction service on TheBus routes because of mechanical problems within the fleet. During this time staff monitored fourteen of the affected routes and determined that TheBus routes 11 and 15 no longer require their original levels of service. Staff recommends a reduction of one peak period bus on each route. There would be no change to midday service levels on these routes. A public hearing docket with detailed information will be available at the meeting.
